The Scotia
Plaza building in Toronto was begun in 1985 and completed in
1988. It is 908 feet high and 68 stories. Its architectural
firm was WZMH Architects. It is the second tallest building in
Toronto (third, if the CN Tower is counted as a building). |
The
Bell Atlantic Tower in Philadelphia is suggestive of the Scotia
Plaza building. Note the similarity of the "v" formed
by "notches" in the building. There is a comparable pattern at the top and
coloration. This 55-story building was finished in 1991. |
