The Mather Tower at 75 East Wacker Drive in Chicago is a neo-Gothic structure with Art Deco elements, famed for its terra cotta material.  It was built between 1926 and 1928, designed by Herbert Hugh Riddle.   Skyscraperpage.com reports it as having the smallest floors of any Chicago skyscraper in its tower.

Also in Chicago, and considered to have neo-Gothic elements, is the Fisher Building in the Printer's Row area.  Schulze and Harrington, in Chicago's Famous Buildings, suggest that despite its Gothic components, it is more akin to Chicago School buildings.  It was initially completed in 1896 by architect D.H. Burnham and Co., and a northern addition put on in 1907 by Peter J. Weber.
