The Kingsbury Square Apartments in Trenton, New Jersey, built in 1970, stand 21 stories, like pieces in a board game in the middle of government buildings; the Hughes Justice Complex is just visible behind.  They are also sometimes referred to as Kingsbury Towers or Kingsbury Apartments.  The emporis.com website, devoted to skyscrapers, lists the official name as Kingsbury Corporation's Twin Towers, and puts a 1971 completion date.
